Many people worldwide who have been diagnosed with chronic candida albicans have turned to medication and received little results. Foods to add to your diet: 1) Your physician might recommend taking certain supplements such as Omega-3. 2) Certain foods such as fish oils, salmon, tuna, sardines and primrose are rich in Omega-3 and can be added. 3) Eating cottage cheese is fine if you need dairy products. 4) Beans and other pulses which are very high in protein are a good alternative. 5) Whole grain bread instead of white, herbal tea and anti-fungal herbs and garlic can be used.
